The 1-to-1 Mindset Session is where it starts. In your first session, Valeria will meet you where you are — no judgement, no pressure. You’ll build rapport, begin to understand what’s really driving you and what’s holding you back, and set clear intentions for the work ahead.
Sessions use a blend of conversation, guided visualisation, and where appropriate, hypnosis — proven tools for reaching the deeper patterns that standard conversation doesn’t touch.
Every client is scored at the start across mindset, life satisfaction, clarity, and emotional state — so progress is tracked, visible, and real. You won’t just feel better; you’ll be able to see how far you’ve come.
